Our New Service Department

The following images will give you a brief tour of our new Service Department so that whether you may be a current or prospective Volkswagen owner, you will be familiar with the surroundings at our new facility. Almost $1,500,000 has been invested into our new service and parts facilities and serves as the beginning stage of the substantial upgrade to the dealership throughout the coming months.

When you arrive at the Service Department, you will have the luxury of indoor parking, enabling you to walk from your car to the service advisors without succumbing to the ever changing New England climate!

You will then be greeted by one of our friendly service advisors who will give you a step-by-step description of what your car requires and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Your car will then be taken by one of our certified Volkswagen factory trained technicians to one of the 18 service bays (the most of any Volkswagen facility in the Boston area) and be treated as if it were thier own!

Volkswagen Introduces the 2011 Touareg

Volkswagen premiered the all-new Touareg off-road SUV at the 80th annual Geneva International Motor Show. This 2011 model year Touareg is being described by Volkswagen as its most technically innovative production model.

Among the many advances made was to reduce its base weight by almost 500lbs, yet make it more rigid. All models will be fitted with the company 8-speed automatic which helps reduce fuel consumption as well as c02 emissions. Of course, Volkswagen's 4Motion all-wheel drive system with a limited-slip differential will be a standard feature. This enables the rugged Touareg to climb up 31 degree inclines!

Available engines include the V6 TDI making 240hp with a projected 31.8 mpg and a supercharged V6 TSI gas powered engine which will find its way in the Hybrid model. This engine will produce 333hp, yet when working with its electric motor is boosted to 380hp while delivering about 29mpg in a mix of city and highway driving.
